The night comes alive with colors at the Gulfport Harbor Lights Winter Festival. It offers a stunning light show that can be enjoyed as a walking tour or aboard a free heated trolley. You can visit Santa’s Village, take pictures, and enjoy some delicious winter treats like hot chocolate. On selected nights, you will find an array of unique, hand- crafted gifts at the Christmas Market tent. Tickets for the Ferris wheel, the carrousel, and the train ride can be purchased inside the park.

If you're looking for great entertainment, then the Annual Biloxi Christmas in the City event should be your destination. An array of bands, choirs, and dancers will attract visitors on December 3rd from 10am to 4pm. Food and gift vendors will be present, offering culinary delights and a variety of specialty goods.

A family favorite is the Christmas on the Water Boat Parade. The harbor will be transformed into a sparkling winter wonderland as the decorated boats cruise through the channels. The night will finish with a spectacular firework show that lights up the sky. The best locations to view the parade are between the Biloxi Small Craft Harbor and Casino Row, or between the Biloxi Lighthouse and Beau Rivage Resort & Casino.

Six historic Bay St. Luis homes will open their doors for visitors in the Annual Holiday Tour of Homes. Each house will be festively decorated and can be toured on December 3rd. If you’re still looking for a special gift, chances are you’ll find something at the Christmas boutique which will be hosted by one of the homes on the tour.
Tickets are available at any of the homes on the day of the tour or can be purchased in advance at Maggie May's (Main Street in BSL) & Doggie's Day Grooming (Diamondhead).

The Coast Big Band, a 20+ piece orchestra, will perform their White Christmas Holiday Show on December 13, at 7:30pm. Joining the band will be featured vocalists Karen Abernathy, Danette Pilon, Jonathan Brannon, and David Delk. The Coast Big Band plays big band dance music and a variety of pop, Latin, and jazz tunes.

The city ushers in the Christmas season with the lighting of the Biloxi Lighthouse from 5:30 to 7 p.m., south of the Biloxi Visitors Center, 1050 Beach Blvd. Santa Claus will be on site for a visit and hot chocolate will be available. Thursday, Nov. 29: Christmas on the Water Captains and Skippers Meeting
Registered and interested boat owners are invited to meet, mingle and munch at the Christmas on the Water Captains and Skippers meeting. Beginning at 6 p.m. at the Maritime & Seafood Industry Museum, 115 E. 1st St., boat owners, captains and skippers will gather to receive parade information, registration packets and boat number for the parade. Thursday, Nov. 29: Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art Fall Gala: Winter WondOhrland
The public is invited to the IP Casino from 6 to 9 p.m. to partake in an elegant evening of wintry wonder. Friday, Nov. 30: Christmas on the Water Children’s Parade

Friday, Nov. 30: Christmas on the Town Green
Celebrate Christmas with holiday festivities on the Biloxi Town Green, 710 Beach Blvd., from 6:30 to 8 p.m. This free event will feature the lighting of the Christmas tree by Mayor Andrew “FoFo” Gilich, Santa Claus giving away goodies, and hot chocolate will be available while event goers decorate the Christmas tree. Sunday, Dec. 2: Artist Show and Sale at the Biloxi Visitors Center
The Biloxi Visitors Center will host an Artist Showcase and Sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. featuring artists Kaye Hudson, Linda Kaye, Keith Saucier, Sharon Garner and Robin Santana. Local writer Stacey Eleuterius Barber will be there signing her new book, “The Godmothers” and coast attorney and novelist Jane Goldin, aka Patti Golden, will be signing her book “Adriatic Allure: An International Mystery”. From noon to 8 p.m. the Biloxi Arts District on Rue Magnolia Street will host First Friday. Activities include live entertainment, prize giveaways, Christmas games including best “UGLY” Christmas sweater contest, Christmas wrapping, new art at Almost Circle Gallery, POP UP art at the Venue on Lameuse (second floor above Fuji Sushi House) and Gallery 782 will feature a book signing by Sarah Hewes with her latest book: “The Tempestuous Trial of Maybelline Meriweather”. Sunday, Dec. 9: Meet the Artist and Calendar Signing at the Biloxi Visitors Center
Well-known Coast photographer Alex North, whose work is featured in a new exhibit, “Radiate”, will be at the Biloxi Visitors Center, 1050 Beach Blvd., to greet guests and sign his 2019 calendar from 2 to 5 p.m. For each calendar purchased during the event, the purchaser will receive a chance to win a North photograph on metal, a $195 value. Also, part of the event are door prizes, refreshments and another opportunity to find unique coastal Christmas presents for local artisans at the popular Biloxi Visitors Center Gift Shop. Santa, Mrs. Claus and their Elves will be calling children, preschoolers up to Grade 2, to see if they are ready for the arrival of Christmas in this free program sponsored by the city’s Parks & Recreation Department and co-sponsored by the Biloxi Fire and Police departments and the Biloxi High JROTC. Parents/guardians must complete an application, indicate specific details that only Santa would know and chose a time between 5:30 and 7 p.m. that your child will be available to receive a phone call. Thursday, Dec. 14: Senior Christmas Luncheon
Adults age 55 and older are invited to enjoy a holiday fest with the Parks & Recreation Department from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Donal M. Snyder Sr. Community Center, 2520 Pass Road. Friday, Dec. 14: Special Needs Christmas Dance

The 2nd annual Woolmarket Christmas parade begins at 2:30 p.m. at the Chevron on Woolmarket Road. The parade will travel to Lorraine Road, turn right on John Lee Road at Taranto’s and end at Woolmarket Elementary School, 12513 John Lee Road. “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town” and visiting the West End Hose Co. Biloxi Main Street’s monthly Bike Biloxi takes on a Christmas theme this month when cyclists are asked to wear their favorite ugly Christmas sweater or jersey during the downtown ride, which begins at 6 p.m. at MGM Park, 105 Caillvet St. Helmet and lights are recommended. The Maritime & Seafood Industry Museum hosts its annual New Year’s Eve celebration from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. with heavy hors d’oeuvres, a full bar, champagne, photo booth, party favors, Donut holes & Coffee to go and live entertainment.
